Guided Meditation

Learning how to Pray with your whole heart takes practice. But one day your heart will pop open in bliss like a can of soda… and then you end up with a daily meditation practice.

We are Spiritual Beings Having A Human experience.

I typically “meditate” 20 minutes before bedtime… and it always seems to be a highlight to my day.

I didn’t start out meditating everyday… I did several years of Yoga, before age said, it’s just easier to meditate now.

It’s not Hard.

I meditate for lots of reasons. The biggest, is to explore my consciousness and Soul. The question i have is… If we live after death as a soul, why do we have to wait until we die to experience pure spirit awareness? And then, are we actually given a human existence to grow our “Soul Abilities”?

Another major reason is I don’t want to have to get struck by lightning, or having a crazy Health Scare NDE, in order for God to get my attention!!!

These are my intentions consist of my meditation practice:

To let my racing streams of thoughts, tire and come a resolution. As my mind slows down, I enjoy how good it feels to breath. I notice the sensations, pressures and temperatures of my body. My intention is to become as still as a candle. – I remember the words of a Rumi Poem… To flow down and down into ever widening rings of being. — After that, After a consistent practice and discovery… you can visualize and explore the energies in your body… you can visualize and send Loving Prayer Energies to your loved ones. … You can revisit old memories, and bring yourself comfort and resolution.

It truly is a magical experience.

Learning how to Pray with your whole heart takes practice. One day, your heart will pop open with bliss like a can of soda. … and then you end up with a daily meditation practice.

When you Praying to your guru, to Jesus, or God, with your whole heart… your heart blossoms… and then

And Then you end up meditating every day.
