Hi it’s me…

(Follow and DM me on Instagram @ Instagram)

… David Boette (Boe-Tea). My healing journey began with a divine intervention back in 2004. I then found myself taking a yoga class three-times a week for many years at the local YMCA in Ponte Vedra Florida. As the years passed the yoga practice slipped, but the Meditation practice deepened! A simple meditation practice is easily the best thing one can have to enhance the quality of their life.

I have Three Intentions with Echo 8 Yoga.

1. To honor my teachers, echoing the ideas and messages that helped me on my healing Journey.

2. Increase Emotional Literacy. – Most people are undiagnosed Empaths.  Learning how to navigate life and transmute energy through the lens of an empath, is the bedrock solution to many mental health problems.*

3. To challenge the status quo of just living life here in ego-ville. everything is a spiritual encounter. When we know our souls literally ripple into each other, we access new powers to communicate.

*An Empath lives a life of suffering because they feel all the pain of others. AND they don’t know where all these random emotions are come from. It’s a curse until they understand that, being an empath is a gift when they step into one’s power to learn Alchemy. The curse becomes a blessing, when we realize how much joy we feel in others.

The empath is called to Anchor the Light. Ick emotions become a game of “Solve the mystery” – of if this isn’t my emotion, who’s is it, and how can I help them express and transmute the energy.

Embrace the idea you are an Earth Angel.

Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi:

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.

O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
